Christine's Kitchen Favorites
As I have done bread making classes, I often get asked about the tools I use. Let me say most of these are not necessity. Before I had bannetons I used tea towels and mixing bowls, before I had a lame I used a sharp knife, and before I had a bread sling I used parchment paper.
These are things I have added to my collection as I grow my baking skills. I have personally used all of these, and chances are if you have been in one of my classes you have too!
